After I place my order what can I expect?
Once you have completed your order and submitted it for payment, an automated response will be emailed to you to confirm our receipt of your order. Once the order has been processed (maximum 4 business days), *unless you have ordered an item or items that are custom order to made* you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
How does my order come packaged?
Depending on the size of your order it may come delivered in a plastic poly mail envelope or a box. Inside your item will be wrapped with tissue paper and ribbon tide. If your items are too big to wrap they will be neatly placed on one of our branded OLIVIA ROSE ™ back back bags.
Free Shipping $100.00 before tax
Enjoy FREE shipping within Canada on all orders of $75.00 or more before taxes. Orders less than $75.00 before taxes will be charged based on destination and size of package, and will be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS or Canada Post.
How long does it take to ship and how long until I get it?
Unless otherwise noted, the product is in stock and will ship within 4 business days. Canadian orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days from the date of shipment. USA shipments arrive within 5-10 business days and international orders arrive between 5 and 15 business days.
Shipping to Canada?

Shipping to the US?
All orders shipping to USA ship via USPS and shipping time from our location is around 5-10 business days.
Shipping Internationally?
We use Canada post to ship all international orders as we have found this to be the most economical and reliable method. Shipping time to international destinations is around 10-15 business days.
Need Express Shipping?
Need your OLIVIA ROSE ™ order delivered right away? Not a problem. Please email us at info@oliviarose.com , and we'd be happy to arrange an Overnight, 2 day or 3 day delivery. Extra shipping charges will apply and will vary based on the size and weight of your purchase. Please email us for a custom quote at info@oliviarose.com
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking information once the order is shipped.
What is your Refund Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied your OLIVIA ROSE products.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your OLIVIA ROSE product you may return your items for an exchange or store credit your within 14 days of the day from the date you receive your order.
Please email info@oliviarose.com if you would like to exchange or return an item from your order.
If you would like to return or exchange your item for another colour, size or different product etc. Please place a new order for those items online at www.oliviarose.com
How do I make a Return or and Exchange?
To make a return or exchange please contact info@oliviarose.com to start your return process. Due to the custom nature of our pre-order items *Please note that all pre-order items are final sale* Thank you for understanding :)
Your order must meet the requirements noted below in-order for your return or exchange to be approved.
* all items being returned must be returned in its original packaging and have all tags attached.
*all items being returned or exchanged must not be worn , washed or altered in anyway.
*returns must be sent back within 14 days from the date received.
Once your package has been received, your items will be inspected to meet all the requirements noted above. Once your return or exchange has been approved, your return will be processed in the original form of payment within 15 business days. We will refund the cost of your order, plus tax. We will not reimburse duties and shipping costs associated or incurred for the return or refund. When your refund has been issued, you will be notified via the email address we have listed on your order. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from OLIVIA ROSE ™

I have a Discount Code - How does it work?
Everyone Loves a discount!!! When you are ready to check-out you will be asked if you have a discount code you would like to use. Enter your code in the box that says "Gift card or discount code" in the box provide under your order total.
